Hey, this upcoming Saturday (July 21) there's a video game tournament being held at Bookman's in Phoenix. They've also been kind enough to let us play there after the tournament's over!

This will probably be Warp Zone's last show (at least until we find a replacement for our keyboardist.) So if you haven't seen us before and you want to, now's your last chance! (Sort of!)

Anyway, I thought this was news worthy. Front Page news worthy.

Apparently an officer in PA took away the video camera of an 18 year old passenger in the car the officer had pulled over for speeding. The young man had been compliant and handed over the camera with no complaints after the officer had cursed at him and yelled for the boy to hand over the "concealed" camera. He's being charged with "wiretapping," and could face up to seven years in prison.

Anyway, you can read more here, it's an interesting article, and I got tired of summarizing it. I suck at that anyway:

Okay.
I've done battle with the spam bots and while it's a work in progress, it certainly has improved around these parts.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to comment on news post anonymously anymore. However, it literally takes a second to register, and we always love more active users!

This goes for the forums as well. It's cleaned up, and preventive measures have been taken to insure those damn things wont come back.

We're no minibosses (though some YouTuber thinks we are,) but we're still fun to come watch! We've got two upcoming shows from this date. One, of which, is today! This is a six hour notice so I expect ALL OF YOU TO BE THERE!

Oh yes, that's right!

It is time for ANOTHER concert hosted by the ASU Symphony Orchestra!

Time: 7:30 pm on Monday, Feb 5th (sorry for the late notice)

Location: Grady Gammage Auditorium @ ASU

We will be performing Chick 'a' Bone Checkout by Christian Lindberg--a modern trombone concerto that was premiered not too long ago by the world-class trombonist Charlie Vernon with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, which is only fitting since the piece is about the bustling city of Chicago!

But that's not the only thing--we actually have the pleasure of Charlie Vernon playing the piece WITH us this Monday!!

We are also going to be performing one of Tchaikovsky's most revered and moving pieces--Symphony No.6 also know as his "Symphony Pathétique"

This is promising to be a fantastic concert, os if you can come please do!

Also, parking at gammage might be a bitch so plan on getting there at LEAST10-15 minutes before 7:30 pm, especially if you want a good seat and don't want to have to walk in after a movement of a piece.
